!8395 <br />name of any petitioners petitioning for the vacation, and the date <br />when the petition, together with any objections or remonstrances which <br />may be made in writing and filed with the Recorder of the City of <br />Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice post, or cause to be <br />pasted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of the <br />foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Alley Vacation," and <br />which notice shall be posted in at least two conspicuous places in or <br />on the area proposed to be ~racated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice shall <br />be not less than twenty-eight ~28~. days before the time set for hear- <br />ing. <br />Passed by the City Cc~unci~. this <br />day of ~'t , x,979 <br />-~---~~ <br />City e r er <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />~~day of 1979 <br />Mayor <br />Ordinance - 2. <br />
