!` F1 T! /~ "7 l1 4 R <br />OP,DINANCE N0. ~ $+~6~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SIGN DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />AND AMENDING THE SIGN DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, <br />OREGON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL aF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: <br />Pursuant to the provisions of aRS 2~1.~15 and, Section 8,813 through <br />8.545 of the Eugene Cade, 1911, the City Council has the authority <br />and responsibility, subject to the limitations contained therein, to change <br />the sign district classifications of property within the City of .Eugene; <br />Based upan the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans <br />emitted therewith.; and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission and <br />this Council , the request for sign district change of classification i s i n <br />conformance with the intent and purpose of the Sign Code as required by Section. <br />8,830 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />NaW, THEREFORE, <br />Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adapts as its own <br />.the specific affirmative findings. cantai ned i n the Planning Department Staff <br />Notes of June 5, 1919,. and the Planning Commission minutes of~ June 5, 1919, for <br />the reasons set forth herein, and <br />THE CITY aF EUGENE DaES ORDAIN AS FQLLati~S: <br />Section 1.
