,~ <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~,. fs~ ~~~ ~~' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. <br />18371 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectian 1, There is hereby added to City of Eugene Ordi- <br />nance No. 18371 a new section to be numbered and provide: <br />Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance and <br />the designations herein provided shall not affect or <br />apply to building permits determined by the Superin- <br />tendent of Building Inspection to be valid permits <br />that were applied for prior to the effective date <br />of this ordinance. <br />Section~2, The original heading "Section 5" of City of <br />Eugene Ordinance Na. 18371 is amended and changed to be headed <br />ii ~P~!f ~ nn h _ ~~ <br />Sectian 3. The City Recorder is directed to attach <br />this ordinance to Ordinance Na. 18371. <br />Section 4.
