ORDINANCE N0. ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 18430; MAKING <br />APPROPRIATIONS, DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE ANNUAL <br />TAX FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING JULY 1, 1919, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1980, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The C7 ty of Eugene does ordain as fol ~ ows <br />Section 1. By Ordinance No. 18430 adopted the 27th day of June, 1979, <br />certain appropriations were made based on a proposed levy to be submitted <br />to the voters. That ~ evy was rejected by the voters, and Ordinance No. <br />18430 should be, and is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
