ORDINANCE NO. <br />An Ordinance initiating the vacation of the following described <br />street, to-wit: <br />The south Z~0 feet ion center line} of Friendly <br />Street where it joins Storey Blvd, on the map known <br />as County Road #748 in Section 07, Township 18 S., <br />Range 3 W, Willamette Meridian as platted and <br />recorded in Lane County Plat Records. <br />Reserving <br />paths and <br />level and <br />access to <br />same over <br />Robinson] <br />herein an easement for <br />public utilities above <br />underneath the ground, <br />construct, reconstruct <br />the above described pry <br />Dylan/Harmony <br />pedestrian bicycle <br />ground, on ground <br />and the right of <br />and maintain the <br />aperty. ASV ?9-3 <br />THE CITY DF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene herein <br />initiates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without <br />petition or consent of the property owners, except as provided by <br />statute, of the above described street. <br />Section 2. A hearing shall be held upon the proposal to <br />vacate the street as herein provided, and the hearing shall be <br />1 held on the 19th day of September, 1979, at noon, Pacific Daylight <br />Savings Time of said date, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time all persons will be heard upon <br />objections or suggestions with regard to the vacation, and at <br />said time the Council will provide for the vacation of the street <br />or deny such vacation, and in case the vacation is made, will <br />provide and make provision for any damages sustained by local <br />assessment. <br />
