ORDINANCE NO. t8'~~3 <br />An ordinance vacating the following described alley, to-wit: <br />The alley running through Block 3, Plat of Blair <br />Street Addition as recorded in Boob 3 of Plats, <br />Page 9, Records of Lane County, Oregon. <br />RESERVING herein an easement for public utilities <br />above ground, on ground level and underneath the <br />ground, and the right of access to construct, re- <br />construct and maintain the same over the above <br />described alley. ~Ralls - AV 75-3~ <br />on the 11th day of duly, 1979, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed ordinance No. 15441 setting a hearing to be held <br />on the 15th day of August, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and <br />remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the <br />above described alley. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 15th day of August, 1979, at <br />noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place <br />the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the alley to be <br />vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed.
