ORDINANCE NO. '$ <br />An ordinance vacating the following described street, slope <br />and public utility easements, to-wit: <br />As described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and <br />by this reference incorporated herein. <br />~ Anderson SV 7 9~-2 ~ <br />On the 11th day of July, 1979, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 1844 setting a hearing to be held <br />on the 15th day of August, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and <br />remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the <br />above described street, slope and public utility easements. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 15th day of August, 19?9, at <br />noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place <br />the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the street, slope <br />and public utility easements to be vacated have consented to the <br />vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting <br />property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and <br />
