L~~ v Z An ordinance vacating the following described alley, to~-wi,t: A portion of a north-south alley beginning on the northerly margin of 'hest 16th Avenue; thence north approximately 82 feet to the southerly margin of the Amazan Channel, all located in Block ~ off' Whitney Addition and retarded in Book T, Page 588, Lane County, Oregon Plat Records. RESER~2NG herein an easement for public utilities above ground, on ground level, and underneath the ground, and the right of access to construct, recon- struct, and maintain the same aver the above describ~ ed property. ~Suchy - between Willamette Street and Olive Street, north from west 16th - AV 78--1} On the 1st day of November, 1975, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance 15290 setting a hearing to be held on December 20, l97$ at the Rings Table Restaurant, #85 Oakway Mall, Coburg Road, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the pxaposed vacata~on of the above described alley. Notice was duly and regular~.y given of said hearing and a hear- ing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Rings Table Restaurant, #85 Qakway Null,, Coburg Road, in Eugene, Oregon, on February 20, 1978, at 12:00 o'clock noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the a~,1ey to be vacated have consented to the. vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY QF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLaWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hearing pr filed.
