ORDINANCE NQ. ~I.~~.~ <br />An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 18418 and initiating <br />the vacation of the fallowing described Public Utility Easement, <br />to-wits <br />BEGINNING at the initial point of LYNDON HEIGHTS, <br />as platted and recorded in File ?3, Slide 17~, <br />Lane County, Oregon Plat Records, Lane County, <br />Oregon; run thence South 59°37' west 15,Q feet <br />along the South line of Lot 7 to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; thence North 30°23' West 7.D feet <br />thence South 59°37' west 9S.?~ feet; thence <br />South 34°23' East 14.0 feet; thence North 59°37' <br />East 98,7Q feet; thence North 30°23' West 7.8 <br />feet to the True Point of Beginning. Lyndon <br />Homes Ev 79-5.} <br />On June 13, 1979, by Ordinance No, 1$418, the City Council <br />initiated the vacation of the above described Public Utility <br />Easement and directed that a hearing be held thereon on the <br />25th day of July, 1979. The hearing was not held on July 25, <br />1979, and Ordinance 18418 should be repealed and a new hearing <br />scheduled as hereinafter provided. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 18415 adopted and approved on <br />June 13, 1979, is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Eugene herein <br />initiates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without <br />petition or consent of the property owners, except as provided by <br />statute, of the above described Public Utility Easement. <br />Section 3. A hearing shall be held upon the proposal to <br />vacate the Public Utility Easement as herein provided, and the <br />Ordinance - l <br />
