As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eu ene Code 1971 the <br />z~on~ ng map and ene zone ng ord~ Hance schedule of d~ strict changes are hereby <br />amended to reflect the fol 1 owi ng change of zone: <br />Tax Lots 12900 and 13200-Assessor's Map 11-04-36~-2 4, as more arti-~ <br />p <br />cul arty described on the attached Exhibit A, 1 orated on the south side <br />of West 10th Avenue, between Chambers and Grant streets: <br />Change of zone from RA Suburban Residensi tal District to C--Z~SR Community <br />Cammerci a1 District with 5i to Review Procedures. <br />Section 2, The Planning Director be, and he i s hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause the zoning map and the zoning ord~ Hance schedule of district <br />changes attached to Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971, to show the foregoing <br />aRD~NANCE~~-Page 1 of 2 <br />
