18500 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />TQ ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, on the 19th day of September, 1979, there was passed <br />by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an Ordinance setting a hearing to <br />be held on the 24th day of October, 1979, at noon, Pacific Daylight <br />Savings Tirne, at the Council Chamber at City Hall, Eugene, <br />Oregon, for the purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests <br />against the vacation by ordinance of the City Council of the <br />following: <br />A l4 foot sanitary sewer easements 7 feet on each <br />side of the following described centerline: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the North line of <br />Section 33, Township 17 South, Range 4 West <br />of the Willamette Meridian, said point be- <br />ing South 89°22'23" East 790.82 feet from <br />the Northwest corner of said Section 33, run <br />thence South 0° Ol' 02°' East 1629.55 feet to <br />the most easterly Northeast corner of Sweet- <br />land Industrial Park, as platted and record- <br />ed in Volume 56, Page 25, Lane County Oregon <br />Plat Records, in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />EXCEPT, the North 30 feet thereof. Spectra-Physics EV 79-9} <br />The City Council will consider and act upon the proposed <br />vacation on the 24th day of October, 1979, at noon, Pacific <br />Daylight Savings Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, and will consider an Ordinance vacating the above. <br />All persons having objections thereto or remonstrances or protests <br />are hereby notified to present the same to the City Council in <br />writing prior to said hearing or at said time and place. <br />S.
