ORDINANCE NO . g~() An ordinance vacating the fallowing described street easement, to--wit: The south 224 feet ion center line} of Friendly Street where it joins Storey Blvd, on the map known as County Road #748 in Section 07, Township 18 S., Range 3 W, Willamette Meridian as platted and recorded in Lane County Plat Records. Reserving herein an easement for pedestrian/bicycle paths and public utilities above ground, on ground level and underneath the ground, and the right of access to construct, reconstruct and maintain the same over the above described property. ASV 79-3 Robinson/Dylan/Harmony On the 15th day of August, 1979, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18471 setting a hearing to be held on the 19th day of September, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described street easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, on the 19th day of September, 1979, at noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the street easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same.
