ORDII'1ANCE NO. I O ~O ~..- <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described railroad <br />easement, and declaring an emergency, to-wits <br />Railroad Easement on Lots 5 and 6 Block 1, on Lots 1 <br />through 7 Block 2 and an Lots 1, ~ and 3 Block 4 <br />Universal Park as platted and recorded in Book 48, <br />Page 12 of the Lane County Oregon Plat Records. <br />REV 79-7 Scofield <br />On the 15th day of August, 1979, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18472 setting a hearing to be <br />held on the 19th day of September, 1979, at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests <br />and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of <br />the above described railroad easement. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 19th day of September, 1979, <br />at noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and <br />place the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the railroad <br />easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied <br />for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DaES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />pasted as by law required and no valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting <br />property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and <br />ordinance ~- 1. <br />
