Counci ~ , the raquest for zone change cl assi fi cati.on is i n conformance with the General Plan; there is a publ is need for the chan e in zone and the 9 public need can best be served by changing the classification of the property; NOW, THEREFORE, Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adapts as its own the specific afrirmative findings contained in the Punning De artment staff notes p of July 2~, 1979, and the Planning Comm7ss~on minutes of July 24, 119, for the reasons set forth therein, and ~ . THE .CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the zoning map and the zoning ordnance schedule of district changes are hereby amended to reflect the fol 1 owi ng change of zone: Tax Lvt 12a1~-Assessor's Map 11~04~35 as more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A", located east of Bailey Hill Road and north of West 11th Avenue: Change of zone from RA Suburban Residential District and M~-2 Light Industrial District to M~1/SR Limited Industrial District with Site .,Review procedures, said site review procedures addressing concerns as set forth in Exhibit "B," attached. .
