The city mana- <br />ger shall serve as an e~ officio member of the commission.. <br />~2~ Except as provided herein for initial cornn~ission <br />members, the term of office far each member, exclusive of ex- <br />of f icio member, shall be for four years . The term of office of <br />initial commission members shall be: <br />~.a} Three members shall be appointed,ta serve <br />a four year term, <br />~.b} Three members shall be appointed to serve <br />a three year team, and <br />~~c Three members shall be appointed to serve a <br />two year term, <br />~3} vacancies in office shall be filled in the same <br />manner as original appointments to the commission, <br />~4~_ A commission member may be remoYed from office by <br />an offirmatwe vote of the~co~uncil at any time prior to the ex- <br />piration of his or her terra. <br />2.636 Performin Arts ~Com~as%on ~ O~f :f~icers , Meetings , Rules <br />anal Proced~ure,~ <br />~l~ The officers of the caxr~mssion shall be a president <br />and a vice-president elected by the znen~bers of the car mission, <br />Initial officers shall sere for terms of three years or until a <br />successor is appointed or elected for the office. Subsequent <br />officers shall serve for terms of tiro years, or until a successor <br />is appointed or elected for the office.
