ORDINANCE N0. g~~ An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility easement, to-wit: Beginning at a point being South 89°15' East 7.00 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 3, BLACKSTONE, as platted and recorded in File 73, Slide 185, Lane County Oregon Plat Records; thence South 89°15' East 79.81 feet; thence South 0°28'10" West 7.00 feet; thence North 89°15' West 79.79 feet; thence North 0°l8'40" East 7.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, in Lane County, Oregon. Hughes Ev 79~-4.~ On the 7th day of August, 1979, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18490 setting a hearing to be~ held on the 3rd day of October, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described public utility easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 3rd day of October, 1979, at noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
