ORDINANCE NO. ~8~10 <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility <br />easement, to-wit: <br />BEGINNING at the intitial point of LYNDON HEIGHTS, <br />as platted and recorded in File 73, Slide 176, <br />Lane County, Oregon Plat Records, Lane County, <br />0 regon; run thence South 59°3?' West 15.0 feet <br />along the South line of Lot 7 to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; thence North 30°23' West 7.0 feet; <br />thence South 59°37' West 98.70 feet, thence <br />South 30°23' East 14.0 feet; thence North 59°37' <br />East 98.70 feet; thence North 30°23' West 7.0 <br />feet to the True Point of Beginning. Lyndon <br />Homes Ev 79-5.} <br />0n the 7th day of August, 19?9, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18491 setting a hearing to be <br />held on the 3rd day of October, 1979, at the Council Chambers at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and <br />remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the <br />above described public utility easement. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 3rd day of October, 1979, at <br />noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place <br />the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility <br />easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied <br />for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLDWS: <br />Section 1.
