That this supplemental budget is prepared in accordance with <br />ORS 294.484, which authari zes the formulation of a suppl emental budget resulting <br />from "an occurrence or condition which had not been ascertained at the time of <br />the preparation of a budget for the current year which requires a change <br />in financial planning..." <br />Section 4. This ordinance, in accordance with ORS 294.480, does "not <br />authorize any increased levy of taxes," and appropriations for this supple- <br />mental budget shat l be funded from previously uncommitted revenue. <br />Section 5.
