ORDINANCE N0. 1~~`aO <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described easement, <br />to-wit: <br />Beginning at a point being South 89°31'50" East <br />5.00 feet and South 0°28'14" west 7.00 feet Pram <br />the Northwest corner of Lot 17 BLACKSTONE, as <br />platted and recorded in File 73, Slide 185, Lane <br />County Oregon Plat Records; thence South 89°31'50" <br />East 2.00 feet; thence South 0°28'10" West 88.00 <br />feet; thence North 89°31'50" West 2.00 feet; <br />thence North 0°28'10" East 58.00 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning, in Lane County, Oregon. <br />Hughes - Ev 79-8y <br />On the 5th day of September, 1979, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18492 setting a hearing to be <br />held on the 14th day of October, 1979, at the Council Chambers at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and <br />remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the <br />above described easement. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 10th day of October, 1979, <br />at noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and <br />place the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons awning property abutting upon the easement to be <br />vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made <br />
