1852 i <br />the vacation, and the date when the petition, together with any <br />objections or remonstrances which may be made in writing and <br />filed with the Recorder of the City of Eugene prior to the date <br />of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within <br />five days after the first publication of the notice post ar cause <br />to be posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy <br />of the foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Street vacation," <br />and which notice shall be posted in at least two conspicuous <br />places in or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty-eight ~25~ days before the time set <br />for hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />17th day of October, 1979. <br />City Rec der <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />of October, 79. <br />Mayor <br />2.. <br />
