~85zz. <br />ordinance was passed, the name of any petitioners petitioning for <br />the vacation, and the date when the petition, together with any <br />objections or remonstrances which may be made in writing and <br />filed with the Recorder of the City of Eugene prior to the date <br />of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within <br />five days after the first publication of the notice post or cause <br />to be posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy <br />of the foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Public Utility <br />Easement vacation," and which notice shall be posted in at least <br />two conspicuous places in or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty-eight ~28~ days before the time set <br />far hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />17th day of October, 1979. <br />City Rec der <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />1 of October, 979. <br />- ~i~~C/ <br />Mayor <br />.~ 2 -~ <br />
