ORDINANCE NO . $.SoZ An ordinance vacating the following described public utility easement, to-wit: A 14 foot sanitary sewer easement 7 feet on each side of the following described centerline: BEGINNING at a point on the North line of Section 33, Township 17 South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian; said point being South 59°22'23" East 790.52 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 33, run thence South 0°01'02" East 1629.55 feet to the mast easterly Northeast corner of Sweetland Industrial Park, as platted and recorded in volume 56, Page 25, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, in Eugene, Lane County, oregon. EXCEPT, the North 30 feet thereof. ~Spectra- Physics Ev 79-9~ on the 19th day of September, 1979, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18500 setting a hearing to be held on the 24th day of October, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described public utility easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 24th day of October, 1979, at noon, Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same.
