ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN QRDTNANCE C4NCERN'l:NG GxRBAGE H,~ULERS, AMEND-- <br />TNG SECT~aN 3.255 OF THE EUGENE CaDE, 197.; AND <br />DECLARTNG AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY QF EUGENE DQES ORDAIN ,AS F4LLQWS: <br />Section 1. Section 3.255 of th,e Eugene Cade, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to provide. <br />3.255 Garbs e Haulin -Financial Statements. Garbage haulers <br />shall provide the council, or its designee, with such <br />financial information as the council or its designee deems neces- <br />sary or desirable in order to consider a schedule of charges for <br />garbage hauling. Each licensed garbage hauler shall submit the <br />required financial information to a certified public accountant <br />selected by the garbage haulers and approved by the council or <br />its designee.. The accountant shall compile the required infor- <br />mation in cooperation with the finance officer, using a format <br />for compiling the information approved by the finance officer, <br />and from the compiled information prepare a report to the council. <br />Section 2.
