ORDINANCE NO. r ~~~0 <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility <br />easement, to-wit: <br />Beginning at the most southerly Southwest, corner of Lot <br />24 of Skywaod, as platted and recorded in File 72, Slides <br />173 and 174, Lane County Oregon Plat Retards, thence <br />South 76°2l'55" East 5.Q9 feet to the intersection of a <br />5 foot P~U.E, and the South edge of a 10 foot concrete <br />bicycle and pedestrian walkway constructed in 1978, which <br />is the True Point of Beginning of this description, thence <br />along the South edge of said concrete walkway, South 87° <br />41'26" East 142.91 feet, thence leaving said South edge, <br />South 89°47'24" West 143.55 feet to a point on the East <br />boundary of said 5 foot P.U.E., thence along a 5l foot <br />radius curve to the left 6.33 feet, with chord bearing <br />North 6°5'46" East 6.33 feet to the True Point of Beginning, <br />except therefrom any portion of that l4 foot P.U.E, running <br />North and South through this description, that was dedicated <br />in the Plat of Skywood all in Section 1, Township 18 South, <br />Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian. City of Eugene <br />EV 79-3~ <br />On the 17th day of October, 1979, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18522, setting a hearing to be <br />held on the 21st day of November, 1979, at the Council Chambers at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and <br />remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the <br />above described public utility easement, <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 21st day of November, 1979, <br />at 12:44 noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place <br />the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility <br />Ordinance - 1 <br />
