T}~ CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOfdS ; Section 1. That the to~al cost of storm sewer along south boundary of Delta Grove PUD from Happy Lane to $00 feet west in the City of Eugene, is the sam of $__~ ~,_? $ Z.Z,~ , aforesaid, which is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Dragon, does hereby determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Dregon, ta~wit;
