~855~ NOTICE OF VACATIONS TO ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN NOTICE IS HEP,EBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chamber at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 9th day of January, ~.~1980, there were passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, Ordinances setting hearings to be held on the 13th day of February, 1980, at 12:00 noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, for the purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacations by ordinance of the City Council of the following: STREET VACATION Vacation Description for a portion of Garfield Street between 25th Avenue and 25th Place and being more particularly described as follows: Vacation of any portion of that particular 50 foot street right of way has shown on the Hovey Tract on file in the County Surveyor's office under tracing No. 5192, 20 X 307 that lies within Lots 1, 5 and 6 of Block 2 of Garfield Heights as platted and recorded in File 73, Slide l35 of Lane County, Oregan Plat Records and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2 of Garfield Heights Subdivision as platted and recorded in File 73 of Slide 135 of Lane County Gregor Plat Records, thence along the arc of a 157.32 foot radius curve to the left, the long chord of which bears N 48°36'13" W, 11.25 feet to the paint of intersection of the West right of way line of Garfield Street as per Hovey Tract and the South line of said Lot 6, Block 2, which south line is the north right of way line of Garfield Street as now platted in Garfield Heights, thence N 00°03'28" W 104.99 feet along the west line of Garfield Street as per Hovey Tract to the north line of said Lot 6, Black 2 of Garfield Heights, thence S 69°40'07" E 28.32 feet along said north line of Lot 6, to an angle point In the north line of Garfield Heights, thence S 00°17'59" E 2.06 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot. 5., _.Blk 2 of Garfield Heights, thence S 89°00'4l" E 23.45 feet along the north line of said dot 5 to the point of intersection of the east right of way line of Garfield Street as per Hovey Tract, thence South along said east line S00°03'28'" E 130.29 feet to the point of intersection of said east right of way line with the lot line between Lots 1 and 5, Block 2 of Garfield Heights, thence continuing along said east right of way line 36.06 feet to its intersection with the North/East right of way line of Garfield Street as platted in Garfield Heights, said point Notice of Vacations - 1
