ORDINANCE N0. ~$~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING; ESTABLISHING <br />CERTAIN FEES; AMENDING SECTIONS 5.660 AND 5,990 <br />aF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; REPEALING PRIOR RESO~- <br />LUTI4NS AND ORDINANCES; PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATES; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE D4E5 GRDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~3~ of Section 5.990 of the Eugene Code, <br />19 71 is hereby amended, and a new subsection ~..7 } is hereby added <br />thereto, to provide: <br />5.990 Penalties - Specific. <br />~ 3 ~.
