ORDINANCE NO.~~~V <br />An ordinance levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer wi tbi n Sa~ewood <br />Subdivision. {Job #1551} <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 2911 , adopted by <br />the Common Council an the day of Mao 19,,,,Z$,~, determine to pave <br />streets and construct sanitary sewers and storm sewer within Sarewood Subdivision. <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.195 of the City Code, determine to <br />868888 for Special Sewer Levy Fund f n the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and <br />the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, <br />Item 1, Cash Payments to Contractor • Contract ~~~,~ $ 3$,542.66 <br />Contract ~~ <br />Item 2.
