The hearing was held on the lath day of February, <br />198D, at noon, Pacific Standard Tune, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabave described sanitary sewer easement <br />is hereby ~racated, and the san,itaxy sewer easement sa vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to the statutes o~ the State of oregon. <br />Section 4.
