As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes are hereby amended to reflect the following change of zone,: -Tax Lot ZbOO, and that portion of Tax Lat Zoo west of Goodpasture Island Road recently acqui i~ed by the City of Eugene--Assessor's Map 1744-Z 4. As more particularly described on ,the attached Exhibit A, located west of Gaodpasture Island Road, generally south. of K-Mart, and north of the intersection, of Valley River ,Drive and Gaadpasture Island Road. Change of zone from County AGT, Agricultural , Grazi ng, ~ and Timber Raising District to City R~Z Limited Multiple~Family Residential District. . Section 2.
