The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that; On January 2$, 1980, ordinance No, 18566 levying assessments as more particularly set forth therein for paving 13th Avenue from Bertelsen Road to approximately 300 feet east of ocean Street Job #1460} was passed by the City Council, and approved by the Mayor on January 30, 1980. It has been determined that the sum of $326,8$ assessed for a driveway apron against B R S, Inc., account number 790004-0090, TL 17-~04-34-30-00904-000 should have been assessed against Donald D. Mathers, account number 790004-007, TL 17-04~-34.30-00903-000. Now, therefore, THE CITY OF EUGENE DoEs ORDAIN AS ~OT~LCWS Section 1. Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the provisions of Sectior~ 7.230 of th..e Eugene Code, 1971, Ordinance No. 18566 passed by the City Council on January 28, 1980 and approved by the Mayor on January 30, 1980, is hereby amended by correcting two of the assessments contained therein as follows: Street Paving $6,547.78 790004-0070 BATHERS, }DONALD D.
