C.G. 2nvestments Ev 79-147 THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City o~ Eugene herein ini- ti ates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without peti- tion or consent of the property owners, e.~cept as provided by sta- tute, of the above described public utility easement. Section 2. A hearing sha~,l be held upon the proposal to vacate the public utility ease~tent as herein provided, and the hearing shall be held on the 11th day of June, 1950, at noon, Pacific Day- light Time of said date, at the council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time all persons will be heard upon objec- tions or suggestions with xe~gard to the vacation, and at said time the Council will pra~ide for the vacation of the public utility easement or deny such vacation, and in case the vacation is made, will provide and make provision for any damages sustained by local assessment. Section 3. The City Recordex is hereby directed to immediately publish once each week for ~.oux~ consecutive weeks in a newspaper pub- ordinance - 1
