REGIONAL WASTEWATER PROGRAM <br /> <br /> BUDGET <br /> and <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM <br /> FY 04-05 <br /> <br />The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission adopted its Operating Budget and <br />Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for FY 04-05 on ~ ~o , 2004.
