I g~3! <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ELECTIONS; REPEALT~~G <br />RESOLUTIONS NO. .3364 AND 3365; AMENDING ORDI-~ <br />NANCE NO. 18630; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That Resolutions No. 3364 and 3365 ado ted b the <br />P y <br />Council on May 19, 1950, and the Measures proposed therein are <br />hereby repealed. <br />Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1863q adopted by the Council <br />and approved by the Mayor on May 19, 198q is hereby amended b de- <br />Y <br />leting therefrom Measures No. 53 and 54, <br />Section 3. That the City Recorder is hereby directed to notif <br />y <br />the County Clerk for Lane County to remove Measures No. 53 and 54 <br />from the regular ballot to be used at the Lane Count s ecial elec-- <br />y P <br />tion to be held on June 24, 1980. <br />Section 4.
