~. <br />S <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br />AN DRDI~iANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR paVing, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within <br />Dawne Plat, and paving Cleveland Street from approximately 100 feet north of <br />24th Avenue La apprax~mately 200 feet south of 2~th Avenue, and paving 24th <br />Avenue from Cleveland Street to ]5 feet east, all within the City of Eugene, <br />Ore~o>~r <br />in a qty of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 3021 ,adapted October ll <br />19 ]8, determine to pave streets and canstruet sanitary sewer and storm sewer wi thi n <br />Dawne Plat; pave Cleveland Street from approximately 100 feet north of 24th Avenue <br />to approximately 200 feet south of 25th Avenue; and pave~24th avenue from Cleveland <br />Street to l5 feet east, all within the City of Eugene, Oregon. <br /> The City Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local <br />improvements an April 9 , 19 ~~ A <br /> The local improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract and applicable <br />provisions of the Eugene City Code and the cost thereof and a~r~aunt to be assessed have been ascertained to be: <br />Item 1.
