I PL U7 <br />e <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections. 7.l 7C through 7.180 of the Eugene Eity <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them.. <br />THE CITY OF E~1GEh~E QOES ORDAIN AS FDL~.OWS <br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving, sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer within and adjacent to Nolan Industrial Park. (Jab #1611 <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 187,469.26 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />. Section 2. That-the City Council of the City of Eugene, Dregon, <br />does hereby determine and assess each lot and part of tat being in Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon, ~o-wit: <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
