ORDINANCE NO. ~~pJ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE BUDGET; AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 18470, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLQwS: <br />Section 1. By ordinance No. 18474, adopted on the 15th day of <br />August, 1979, certain appropriations and fund sources were summarized <br />in Section 3 thereof for the community safety program. A scrivener's <br />error has been found in the d411ar amount stated for personnel ser- <br />vices in the community safety program, and Section 3 of Ordinance No. <br />18470 is amended to read as follows: <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other <br />provisions of Qrdinance No' 18470 shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Section 3.
