18656 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />RESTRICTIONS--HISTORIC LANDMARK (H 80-1) <br />Repair and Maintenance Section: <br />The repair and maintenance of the exterior det ai 1 i ng of the Tiffany Bu i ]ding , <br />_ . that dupl ~cates the or~g~nal or replaces existing in composition, design, color, <br />and other visual qualities, shall be permitted without an alteration permit. <br />For all other changes an alteration permit shall be required as specified in <br />Section 2,409 of the City Code. <br />Standards Sect i an <br />Al ter at i on of the exterior of the Tiffany Building shall be reviewed by the <br />r~ Historic Review Board as provided for in Section 2.409 of the City Code. <br />However, alterations of a minor nature, where there is 1 ittle or no impact on <br />the landmark, where the alteration could later be removed without adverse <br />effect, and which conform to the criteria outlined in Section 2.4093}, may be <br />reviewed by Historic Review Board st of f and need not otherwise be considered by <br />the board.
