18663 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 1.]70 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Gode, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fu11y considered them. <br />THE CITY QE EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOIIOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of pa~i ng, sanitary sewer, storm <br />' sewer and pedestrian way wi':~hin Judkins Heights Subdivision; and sanitary <br />sewer to serve the area within 160 feet of the East, North and West <br />boundaries. {Jab #1482 <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 596,494.77 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
