ORDINANCE NO . _~' ~ 7 Q <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET; MAKING APPRO- <br />PRIATIONS; DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE ANNUAL <br />TAB FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING JULY 1, 1980 AND ENDING JUNE 30,1981, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, for <br />the year commencing July 1, 1950 and ending June 30, 1951, as set <br />forth in Section 2 below be, and the same is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene,.
