ORDINANCE NQ . ~ S6 7 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING; AMENDING SECTION <br />5.990 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN <br />E~~~ERGENCY . <br />T~~E CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAI~1 AS FQL~OWS <br />Section 1. Subsection ~7~ of Section 5.990 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to provide: <br />5.990 Penalties _ Specific. <br />~7~ Violation of section 5.32 is punishable by: <br />~a~ A fine not to exceed $~0 for the first <br />violation; <br />~b~ A fine not to exceed $30 far the second <br />violation by the same individual; <br />Cc ~ A f ine not to exceed $ 4 0 fox the third <br />violation by the same individual; <br />~d} A fine not to exceed $50 for the fourth <br />violation by the same individual; and <br />~e~ A fine not to exceed $100 far the fifth <br />and subsequent violations by the same individual. <br />Section 2.
