The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ~ndi ng <br />June 34, X981 elects to receive distribution of funds through the Oregon <br />Liquor Control Cor~mission Account pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes. <br />Section z. The Finance Officer is hereby directed to file a copy of <br />this Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of Oregon no later <br />than July 31, 1980, as prescribed by Oregon Revised Statutes. <br />Section 3.
