The notice shall give a descript~an of the area to be vacated <br />as herein set out; state the date when this ordinance was passed, the <br />name of any petitioners petitioning for the vacation, and the date <br />when the petition, together with any objections ar remonstrances which <br />may be made in writing and filed with the Recorder of the City of <br />Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 5.
