Z 80-10 <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~p <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND <br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: <br />Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 221.215 and Sections 9.275 and 9.fifi8 <br />through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authority <br />and responsibility, subject to the limitations cant ained therein, to change <br />the zoning classification of property within the City of Eugene; <br />Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans- <br />mitted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission <br />and this City Council, the request for zone change classification is in con- <br />formance with the General Plan; there is a public need for the change in zone; <br />and the public need can best be served by changing the classification of the <br />property; <br />NDW, THEREFORE, <br />Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its own the <br />specific affirmative findings contained in the Planning Department staff notes <br />of June 3, 1980, and the Planning Commission minutes of June 3, 1980, for the <br />reasons set forth therein, and <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the <br />zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes are hereby <br />amended to ref 1 ect the fa 1 i owl ng change of zone : <br />City of Eugene: Sladden Area ~Z 80-10~ <br />Change of zone from R-2 Limited Multiple-Family <br />Residential District to R-2/l0A Limited Multiple- <br />Family Residential District with a maximum density <br />of l0 units per acre <br />Tax Lots 7100, 7200, 7300, 7400, and 7700-- <br />Assessor's Map 17-03-30-31 <br />Tax Lots 100, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 300, 400, <br />500, 600, 1400, 2100, 2200 2300--Map 17-04-25-4 1 <br />
