oRD1NANCE No. ~ 8680 <br />AN oRDINANCE CONCERTdING MOBILE HONES; AMENDING <br />SECTION 9.806 of THE EUGENE CODEf 19?l; AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~l} of Section 9.806 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide, <br />9.806 Mobile Homes ~- Perr~itted Locations. <br />~l} Unless otherwise provided herein, upon compliance <br />with applicable regulations and processes, mobile homes for <br />dwelling purposes only shall be permitted: <br />~a~ 2n licensed and approved mobile home parks. <br />Cb~ Tn approved mobile home subdivisions. <br />~_c} In newly annexed areas an individual lots <br />not located in a mobile home park or mobile home sub- <br />division, provided the use is not replaced by another <br />mobile home. <br />Section 2, That the prauisions contained herein concern the <br />public welfare, and in order to insure the orderly processing of <br />applications, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this <br />ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage by <br />the City Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />14thday o July 1980 <br />C <br />City Reco der <br />ApprQVed by the Mayor this <br />6th of Au ust 1950 <br />Mayor <br />ordinance. <br />
