Except for interior structural modi- <br />fications, changes in use that are in character with those asso-~ <br />ciated with original approval, and changes deemed minor by the <br />site review committee, all modifications subsequent to site <br />plan and application approval must be reviewed and approved <br />according to the requirements for original submittals. <br />Section 3.
