18687 NOTICE Off` STREET ~TACATION To ALL PERSONS WI~OM ZT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meet~,ng o~ the City Council of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 30th day of suly, 1980, there was passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an Ordinance setting a hearing to be held on the 17th day of September, 1980, at 12:40 noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, for the pur- pose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacation by Ordinance of the City Council of the following: Beginning. at the southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, CRESTVTEW ADDITION as platted and recorded in Book 16, Page 2l, Lane County Plat Records, Lane County, Oregon; thence south 89°46'00"~ west along the south boundary of said Lot 3 :northerly margin of proposed vacated streets 190.9 feet more or less to a point 40.D0 feet easterly parallel and perpendicular to the centerline of t~illamette Street; thence southerly along aline parallel to the centerline of Willamette Street 50 feet to a point on the northerly boundary of Lot 1, Block 4 , of the abQVe described plat, said point being on the Southerly margin of the proposed vacated street; thence north 89°46'00" east along this southerly margin 190.9 feet mare or less to a point which is in alignment with the westerly margin of Oak street; ~ thence northerly 54 feet to the point of beginning, all in Eugene, Lane County,Oregon. RE5ER~ING herein a public uti.li.ty and bikeway ease- ment on the ground, above the ground, and beneath the ground across the norther~.y 10 feet o~ the above described property, and the right to enter thereon for the purposes of construction, reconstruction and maintenance thereof . ~.Rrumdieck, Tnc.
