ORDINANCE NO. ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE CITIZENS INVOLVEMENT <br />COMMITTEE: AMENDING SECTION 2.413 4F THE EUGENE <br />CODES 1971 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section l . The designation o f the number o f citi zen and co un- <br />cilor members on the Citizen Involvement Committee set forth in the <br />table o f C ity Council Boards , Committees and Commissions in Section <br />2.413 of the Eugene 'ode, 1971; is hereby amended by increasing the <br />citizen membership from three members to five members, decreasing <br />the Councilor membership from two member ~ L~ one member, and adding <br />one Neighborhood Leader Organization representative. The Neighborhood <br />Leader Organ~.zati~~,n representative shall be appointed by Council for <br />a one-year term. <br />Section 2.
