ORDINANCE N0. t 8~ 13 An Ordinance vacating the fallowing descr~.bed alley, to-wit. That portion of the ~~orth-South alley abutting Lots 1, ~, 3, and 4, and that portion of the East-west Alley abutting Lots 4 and 5, all in Block l6, Eugene Original Plat as platted and recorded in Boak A, Page 2 of Lane County Oregon Plat Recards,~Lane County, Qregon. PROVIDED, however, that the owners of the above des- cribed property will provide public utility easements and will provide the necessary area for movement of vehicular traffic as required by the City Public works Department., ~AV 79-2 Fifth St. Public Market} On the 10th day of September, 1984, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 1869b setting a hearing to be held on the 15th day of October, 195, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation~of the above described alley. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 15th day of October, 1980, at noon, Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and, place the Council heard all objections. s All persons owning property abutting upon the alley to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLow5. Section 1.
