r ~.~, NOTICE OF VACATION ,; ~~ `~ TO ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN - NOTICE IS HEREBY GI~1EN that at a meeting o~ the City Council of the City of Eugene, held at the .Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 14th day of September, 1980, there was passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an ordinance setting a hearing to be held on 'the 15th day of Octabe~r, 1980, at 12:00 noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Cham,bers~at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, for the. purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacation by Ordi- nance of the City Council of the following: ALLEY VACATION That portion of the North-South. alley abutting Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, and that portion of the East-West Alley abutting Lots 4 and 5, all in~Block 16, Eugene original Plat as platted and recorded in Book A, Page Z of Lane County Oregon Plat Records, Lane .County, Oregon. PROVIDED, however, tl~at the owners of the above described property will provide public utility easements and the necessary area for movement of ~uehicular traffic as required by the City Public Works Department. ~.AV 79.2 Fifth Street Public Market Partnerships.
